Booking Terms & Conditions
- All Glamping operations are subject to weather, visibility, operational, safety or security reasons/concerns, force majeure events or any other reason whatsoever or howsoever arising beyond our reasonable control.
- Location may vary due to government permission or other operational considerations.
- glamper by bnbme reserves the right to cancel or amend glamping details without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by glamper by bnbme, we will endeavor to contact the guests in advance using the contact details provided by the guest at the time of booking. Guests will be offered an alternative, or if that is not possible, a refund will be made provided that payment has already been received by bnbme.
- Each guest is required to present their original passport or UAE Identification Card at the time of booking. Guests who cannot provide sufficient identification can be denied stay with glamper by bnbme.
- glamper by bnbme reserves the right to sell merchandise and upsell to all bnbme guests upon check-in, booked directly with bnbme or through a third party.
- Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation of the glamping booking within 48hrs of the booking date is considered a No Show. Full charges apply.
- In case a guest tests positive prior to their booking date & hence has to cancel, a credit voucher of 70% of the booking value will be created for bnbme products. Activities booked via Third-Parties will be charged in full.
- Date Change Policy: glamper by bnbme will accept change of date in booking not less than 48hrs prior to booking date without any charge. However, guests would need to pay a difference in price for new date if applicable.
- Location Change Policy: glamper by bnbme will accept change in location not less than 48 hours without any charge. However, guests would need to pay a difference in price for new date if applicable.
- Age Policy: Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults. Guests aged 2 to 11 years are considered children. Guests aged 0 to 2 years are considered infants [No booking will be reserved for children & infants without the presence of an adult].
- Occupancy per Tent or Trailer: Our accommodation is suitable for two adults, unless specified otherwise. Should the guest decide to bring along children, maximum of two can share the unit with them. Comfort will be responsibility of the guest booking. bnbme shall not be responsible for complaints on this subject.
- Disabled Guests Policy: For Safety reasons, guests who are partially or completely immobile should be accompanied by a non-disabled guest.
- Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant women are allowed to use our facilities. Responsibility, however, is in the hands of the family. Dune bashing and adventurous activities cannot be conducted.
- Refusal: The Operations Team at glamper by bnbme has the right to refuse any person into our properties if deemed unsafe, or may be hazardous.
- Late Arrivals: bnbme bears no responsibility for guests who make transport arrangements to arrive at the location and arrives late. Our team will accept maximum 2 hours of waiting from the check in time, unless notified.
- Refund Policy: Any claim for refund from bnbme adhering to bnbme Cancellation Policy must be submitted in writing to bnbme within 7 days from the date of the cancellation. No cash refunds will be made even when payment has been made in cash for the reservation.
- Submission: All information submitted to glamper by bnbme shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques. bnbme shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality or privacy regarding submitted information except as agreed by bnbme or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law.
- Variation: These terms and conditions are subject to change and can be modified at any time without notice. However, if changed after a booking is confirmed, the amendments wouldn’t go into effect.
